Crab Ceviche
Ingredients:
- Shredded crab meat
- 250ml fresh lime juice
- 10 tomatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 chili, deseeded and finely chopped (to taste)
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
