Stuffed Avocado with Crab

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 avocado
  • 25g red onion
  • 25g green bell pepper
  • 25g tomato
  • 5g cilantro
  • 4 lemons
  • 150g crab meat
  • 50g yellow potato
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and peel it. Add a few drops of lemon to prevent browning.
  2. Prepare a criolla sauce by finely chopping the red onion, tomato, and green pepper. Add salt, pepper, chopped cilantro, and lemon juice.
  3. Season the crab meat with salt, pepper, and a bit of lemon juice.
  4. Peel and dice the yellow potato. Cook it in salted water.
  5. Mix the seasoned crab meat with the criolla sauce and cooked potato. Add mayonnaise until you reach the desired texture.
  6. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Fill the avocado halves with the crab mixture. Garnish with slices of tomato or pickled red onion. Serve and enjoy!
