
Stuffed Avocado with Crab
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 1 avocado
- 25g red onion
- 25g green bell pepper
- 25g tomato
- 5g cilantro
- 4 lemons
- 150g crab meat
- 50g yellow potato
- Mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and peel it. Add a few drops of lemon to prevent browning.
- Prepare a criolla sauce by finely chopping the red onion, tomato, and green pepper. Add salt, pepper, chopped cilantro, and lemon juice.
- Season the crab meat with salt, pepper, and a bit of lemon juice.
- Peel and dice the yellow potato. Cook it in salted water.
- Mix the seasoned crab meat with the criolla sauce and cooked potato. Add mayonnaise until you reach the desired texture.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Fill the avocado halves with the crab mixture. Garnish with slices of tomato or pickled red onion. Serve and enjoy!
