
Crab Salad
Ingredients:
- Shredded crab meat
- Mini diced carrots
- Mini diced potatoes
- Mayonnaise or white sauce
- Parsley or alfalfa sprouts
- Cherry tomatoes
- Balsamic vinegar
- Pepper
- Salt
- Lemon
- Chives and parsley (optional)
- Paprika (optional)
- Peas (petit pois)
Instructions:
- Cut the crab into small pieces and the carrots and potatoes into tiny cubes.
- Dress the mixture with mayonnaise or white sauce. Alternatively, you can shred the crab and combine it with cooked potatoes and other vegetables, using a well-prepared mayonnaise with parsley or alfalfa sprouts.
- Garnish the salad with cherry tomatoes and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Add pepper, salt, and a few drops of lemon. Optionally, include chives, parsley, and a touch of paprika.
- Cook the peas separately until soft (or use petit pois).
- Use mini cake molds to shape the salad. Place the mold on a plate, fill it with the mixture, and gently remove the mold, slightly wetting it to ease extraction. The result will be a beautiful and elegant presentation.
